I forgot to blog again...this has been a rough few days, forgetting much, don't like it!
Scares me, okay enough.
Here are the earrings I made with ceramic stoneware beads that I impressed with an old deer bone that I found on an outing a couple of years ago. I loved that bone as soon as I saw it and drug it home, cleaned it well and started using it on my clay. I will take a picture of it and show you tomorrow...if I remember!
I used white metal findings and square glass beads on the dangles. I love those little beads, wish I had many many more of them. Must find more small square beads! Okay, you all, enough silliness.
Thanks for stopping by and take care.
These ceramic stoneware beads were made last year and just kind of hung around with nothing to do until this AJE Earring Challenge happened. They also have glass bead dangles and white metal findings.
My 3rd and 4th pair of earrings for my 2nd week AJE Earring Challenge. The Owl Face earrings I've been making for a while and the chains are from a necklace that I am recycling. The Green Melon Ball earrings have square and glass bead dangles. All are on white metal findings.
I hope I'm doing this right...when there are a lot of rules to follow, I get lost in the maze! Someone clue me in! Thanks for looking!
The first reveal for the AJE Earring Challenge is here:

They had fantastic choices to choose from, that is for sure!
As I've told you many times, I do not consider myself a jewelry maker, but I do some earrings and easy things now and then. Here are the earrings I made for the AJE Challenge:
For as long as I can remember I've loved animals. Dogs and horses especially. Since horses aren't something that the husband will let live in the house with us, dogs are more practical. And I'd have so many it would be like a zoo around here if I could do it! Thank goodness Rusty reins me in! Anyway, back to the earrings.
I made the paw disks, black beads and brown bead caps. Thanks for looking!
Love those paw print charms! Sweet! And I like the way you used the curved bead in the second pair of earrings. Thanks for joining the AJE Earring Challenge!
ReplyDeleteThank you Linda for your comments, but mostly for your help!
